Susan, this sounds delicious. I'm a first time visitor to your blog, so I took some time to read your earlier posts. I'm so glad I did. I'll be back often to see what else you've been cooking. I hope you are having a great day. Blessings...Mary

Hey Susan! Just learned how to blog today! Happened to see your corn dip and laughed 'cause we just finished off a batch of it, my kids, and husband, love it! I haven't tried your recipe yet, but I wanted to share our version of corn dip with you.
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese (softened)
1 small can chopped green chilis
(I blend these 2 together)
1 small can chopped black olives
1 small red bell pepper finely chopped
1/2 Jar jalapeno slice chopped
(sounds like a lot but you can adjust according to your tastes)
1 pkg ranch
1 Large (2 small) can drained corn

Mix together and let sit overnight.
Eat with scoops! Yummy!!!
(Our friend Julie gave us this recipe.)

I love that yours has green onions in it, they are my favorites! Can't wait to try it!
