Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken

I love this and so does my family. I am usually eating low-carb so I don't eat this as a sandwich. The meat has a ton of flavor and we all love it. My children usually dive right in when getting home from school - shredding the chicken and eating it with ranch and crackers. I toast the bread for my hubby and he tops the sandwich with ranch and blue cheese. This chicken is great for wraps, pizza, salad or anyway you might like Buffalo Chicken!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken

6 chicken breasts
1 bottle of Franks Buffalo Sauce
1 envelope of dry Ranch dressing mix

Cook chicken in crockpot for about 5 hours with a bottle Frank's wing sauce and a packet of dry ranch dressing. When chicken is fully cooked and tender, I take the chicken from the sauce, shred and add the amount of desired sauce. I don't recommend shredding and putting back in sauce as it can get too spicy. I leave chicken whole in sauce, take out and shred and add desired amount of sauce.

For family members that want a sandwich, I toast a yummy deli roll, add buffalo chicken, more sauce and provolone cheese and toast again - then as it comes out of the oven add ranch or blue cheese. This buffalo chicken is a staple in our house - not a ton of calories either!
