Chocolate Frangelico Bundt Cake

I got this recipe from Eloise over at www.weaselsjourney.com. I knew Eloise when I lived in Dallas. I made this cake and took to the beach. My family loved it. My mom is a great cook and she and my dad both loved it. I know you will too - very moist and yummy! It looks pretty too!

Chocolate Frangelico Bundt Cake

1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 small box chocolate instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup oil
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup water
¾ cup Frangelico liqueur

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Mix all ingredients and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes. Let cool and then drizzle with cream cheese icing. Top with milk chocolate and white chocolate curls.

Cream Cheese Icing
2 tablespoons butter
3-oz. cream cheese
1 teaspoon sour cream
3 tablespoons milk
⅓ cup powdered sugar, sifted

This looks delicious! Thank you so much for stopping by my blog and for your sweet words. I love Eloise's blog! Did you know that I used to live in the Dallas area too? We lived in Coppell for six years.

It's great to "meet" you!

I did see on your info that you lived in Dallas. I grew up in East Texas and lived in Dallas when first married. We went to church with the Meachum's. My husband's job brought us to Omaha 12 years ago.

Thank you for saying hi! I look forward to keeping in touch!
