.....make a Crater Cake. I always have ripe bananas. I posted this recipe back in August when I first started the blog. I thought I would do a "repost" in case you missed this recipe. We love it. It reminds me of a coffee cake but my girls love it anytime of the day. You have to try it - I know you will love it too. : ) I especially love the crunchy top with cinnamon, brown sugar and chocolate! :)

I often have over ripe bananas--looks like I need to add this to my 'must make' file. Looks yummy.
Great use for leftover bananas. I hate overly ripe ones, I like them when they're still a little green and crispy! :)
