.....make a Crater Cake. I always have ripe bananas. I posted this recipe back in August when I first started the blog. I thought I would do a "repost" in case you missed this recipe. We love it. It reminds me of a coffee cake but my girls love it anytime of the day. You have to try it - I know you will love it too. : ) I especially love the crunchy top with cinnamon, brown sugar and chocolate! :)
